ContentCharlotta Martinů thanks the Prinses for the photographs and the programme, it must have been a wonderful evening [she is probably writing about the performance of ISAIAH'S PROROCTVI on 17 January 1961 by Die Haghe Sanghers]. ChM hopes that the addressees will still have the opportunity to perform the piece and she will be able to attend the performance this time. She looks forward to hearing the performance on the radio.
ChM will be back in Vieux-Moulin on March 2, 1961. She invites the couple to visit and briefly describes the location of the village. The weather is nice in Nice, but ChM has to go back and work on the new house and garden.
At the end of January she hears SYMPHONY No. 6 performed by the Netherlands Radio Orchestra, conducted by Karl Caragny and Kross, on French radio. She evaluates the performance very positively and asks the addressees if they know the conductors mentioned.
They are to write to her in Vieux-Moulin from the end of February.
