Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů writes to Charlotte Martinů that he is glad she is happy in Prague. He stresses that Karel [Novák] or [Karel] Šebánek should ensure that ChM has enough money, and sends coffee and soap for the Masaryk ladies, with whom ChM should stay, as it is better to be in a family than in a hotel. BM is also pleased with the news about [Paul and Maja] Sacher.
BM is interested in the [DOUBLE CONCERT] concert and asks Charlotte to write to him about its progress. Asks about the score of SYMPHONY No. 5.
BM is still tired and working slowly [on CONCERT FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA No. 3]. Hopes that CHM will meet with [Alain] Divis, [Vilma] Löwenbach, [Charles] Munch and [Leonard] Bernstein, Maria [Martinů]. At the [Prague Spring] Festival, the CHM will hear many other concerts before the performance of Symphony No. 5.
