Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů welcomes Albert Prins back to Europe and hopes he enjoyed his stay in the United States. Charlotte Martinů has been ill, so she writes late. He has been working on an opera [GREEK PASSIONS] which he has to finish, he will also be writing a piece for large orchestra for the anniversary of the Cleveland Orchestra [SKÁLA]. So he's worried that he won't have time to write a piece as big as the Te Deum. He has composed the Songs of the Soldiers, and will send them a copy.
