ContentBedřich Janáček is critical of Novenka's completion of Martinů's VIGILIE and describes the reasons for his solution to the end of the piece (one of the harmonic turns is taken from Martinů's NONET [No. 1, or No. 2?]. He encloses his correspondence with Bohuslav Martinů and the publisher Eschig. BJ also assisted Martinů with the organ part in HOŘE TŘÍ SVĚTEL.
