ContentFirkušný thanks BM for his letter of 11 July [1952], he is happy that BM is doing well on his holiday in Italy. Firkušný is living in Aspen and teaching. BM [H.334] (Totenberg, Lifschag?, Grandan, Ketl?) played SERENADA in Aspen and the performance was a success. Frank [Rybka] is in Brixen. Firkušný remains in Aspen until August 14, after which he has concerts in California with Mitropoulos. He sends his regards to the Charlotte Martins and the Kunders. At the end of the letter a note from Martha [Gerstel?] in which the writer sends her regards to BM.
