ContentLudowika Litz writes to Charlotte Martinů in response to ChM's letter of 2.4. and at the same time responds to the questions of Dr. Jaromír Špaček that have reached the publishing house:
ALEXANDRE BIS: The score was sent to the address given to them by Harry Halbreich.
Both copies of VARIATIONS ON SLOVAK PEOPLE'S WRITING FOR VIOLONCELLO AND Clavier were sent to Mr. Sasha Večtomov.
SUISA and GEMA are now responsible for accounting for royalties from the "small" rights, i.e. concert performances of the works. Royalties for the operas will be billed by the respective publishers and works published by Bärenreiter will be billed directly by Bärenreiter. Bärenreiter has reported all works by Bohuslav Martinů published in Germany to GEMA.
