Aranyi has arranged with G. Leroux and will perform the CONCERT FOR CLAVIER AND ORCHESTRA No. 2 in Vienna, and must therefore negotiate with Melantrich. Arányi will negotiate the material with the [Czech] Philharmonic.
Martinů copied the score of LEGEND OF ST. DOROTH [SPALÍČEK] and THE BIRTH OF THE LORD [PLAYS ABOUT MARY], which he sent to Melantrich. He asks for a breakdown of the parts. Martinů is negotiating a performance in London [presumably with the BBC], possibly to arrange a radio performance in Prague at Christmas.
Asks OSA to send 1500Kč advance to his mother in Polička.
Martinů gives his address at Madame Neveux's.
