ContentErnst Hartmann thanks for his letter of 16.6. Bohuslav Martinů should not hurry with the 4th act of the Greek Passions. It is better that the opera be completed a few months later, but with an impressive conclusion.
Margrit Weber has also received the 3rd movement of the CONCERTO FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA No. 5 (FANTASIA CONCERTANTE). The work is definitively titled according to BM's proposal, i.e. "Fantasia Concertante", so it cannot be confused with BM's earlier piano concerto [! - he had previously written 4 piano concertos].
