ContentThe conservatory's decision regarding BM's admission turned out differently than BM expected, the trip to Prague postponed indefinitely; he regrets not going to Prague, he wanted to finish the final editing of the Palladium with Urban; perhaps something could be done with the Melantrich edition; he asks for the score and piano to be sent. excerpt of the 'Plays about Mary'; he wants to try to perform the opera in Belgium, where it is of interest; he has asked the conservatory [Prague?] to send Urban an appendix to his request (reviews and programmes)-when he receives it, let him enclose it with the score of 'Marie'; yesterday he heard a transmission from the [National] Theatre in Brno of his opera 'Theatre Behind the Gate', he does not know whether he should commission this opera from the National Theatre; his situation (financially) is bad, he hopes that the education system will compensate him for not being accepted as a teacher at the conservatoire.
