ContentDušan Pandula (a member of the Novák Quartet) thanks Maria Martinů for her letter and will send her concert programmes with works by Bohuslav Martinů. In the meantime, in the letter he lists all the performances of the BM Novák Quartet's SYMBOL QUARTET No.6. There are 19 concerts - from the first one - the Czechoslovak premiere in Prague on 5.6.1955 - to the last one in Baden-Baden on 14.6.1958 (radio). SMYČČČČ QUARTET No. 5 has so far been performed only in Prague at the National Theatre on 25.5.1958, according to Pandula as a world premiere.
