Opera [actually it is about the Greek Passion]; Kubelík is interested in the Greek Passion, who could perform it in London; BM no longer goes to the cinema or concerts; asks FJ to get him a book from Chaucer by Eric Fromm; biography (on BM) to keep with him for the time being; sends a contribution for various expenses; about a composition for Cleveland; interested in American history.
