ContentCharlotte Martinů asks what is the situation with the publication of the works that ChM has submitted to the publishing house. Bärenreiter on the basis of the contract of 1.4.1959. The works are in demand all over the world. If they do not want to publish them, she asks for their return. She got hold of a copy of RAPSODIE, the copy was completely illegible and full of errors. She was also informed by people from Radio Stuttgart about the poor quality of the material for SONATA DA CAMERA. ChM is giving the addressees until 31 January 1970, after which it will terminate the contracts.
