ContentPaul Sacher thanks Bohuslav Martinů for his letter. He and Maja Sacher listened to the records they received. The Field Masses and the KYTICE are beautiful and were well performed on the recordings. For some unknown reason, "Dear Above the Family" comes after "Carol". FRESEK PIERA DELLA FRANCESCA's performance is also virtuosic but too fast.
PS recommends that BM accept the invitation from Vienna only on condition that he and Charlotte Martinů are reimbursed for their airfare. PS and MS will be in Vienna later today and PS will discuss this with Egon Seefehlner.
PS and MS keep all packages for the addressee with them.
