ContentBM regrets the complications regarding the EPOS ON GILGAMES. He approached Universal Edition and offered them the song at the same time as PIERA DELLA FRANCESCA. PS is to send the score of EPOS OF GILGAMES to Alfred Schlee at Universal Edition in Vienna, perhaps the one with the dedication, unless PS wants to send another with a German translation. Alternatively, BM can deliver his. BM has a better quality copy of the score ready for PS and will send it to him from Paris.
They [Charlotte Martinů] will start their journey on 2 May and will be in Paris on 9 May, after which they will go to Cannes on the Côte d'Azur.
Negotiations with ASCAP have remained deadlocked, but BM believes that will now change. Going under another organization would be difficult for BM as an American.
