ContentPaul Sacher thanks Bohuslav Martinů for his prompt reply. He reminds us that the premiere of CONCERT SYMPHONY [No. 2] will take place on BM's birthday. Who is in such a hurry and wants to perform the piece too?
Maja Sacher gladly accepts the dedication. PS will be happy if BM ever writes the oratorio he has planned [EPOS ON GILGAMES].
PS wrote immediately to Boosey & Hawkes publishers in London pointing out errors in the parts of CONCERTANT SYMPHONY [No. 2]. They are now correcting them and will then print the material.
PS encloses one of the photographs taken by Charlotte Martin in 1948 when ChM and BM visited the Sachers. He asks Charlotte to lend him the appropriate negative, he would like to take a larger picture.
