Content and physical description
ContentPaul Sacher reminds Bohuslav Martinů that before each concert of the Basel Chamber Orchestra a bulletin is sent to subscribers and members [?] with short articles by the composers whose works will be performed at the concert. The PS asks the addressee to write a short introduction to the CONCERT SYMPHONY [No. 2] to be performed on 8 December.
Sacher's first flutist, Joseph Bopp, learned that BM had written a SONATA FOR FLUTE [AND CLAVIER]. He writes to the composer and asks by whom the piece was published.
Did BM receive the writer's letter of 4 August?
