Content and physical description
ContentBM informs Paul Sacher how he procured the boxes of books in Marseilles in the matter of [Jean Rudolph and Nelly Lousie Frey]. A registration form and permission from JRF to handle his crates would be needed. Ideally, JRF should contact directly the agency that registered his luggage and ask it to forward the crates at least to Lisbon. Perhaps this would be possible through the agency in Marseille.
BM gives the addresses of several friends: Marcel Mihalovici, Tibor Harsányi, Irene and Lizica [?] Codreano, Henri Martelli, Alexandr Nikolaevich Cherepnin, Charles Munch, Monique Haas, Alexandre Tansman, Georges Auric, Darius Milhaud, Arthur Honegger, Marcelle de Lacour.
BM has good news from America.
He has completed Fantasie et Rondo for piano for Rudolf Firkušný. He has received a commission for another piece for piano and chamber orchestra. He sets about composing a "Sinfonia" [SINFONIETTA GIOCOSA?].
