ContentBohuslav Martinů immediately replies to Karel Šebánek's letter. He encloses permission for KS to pay 90,000 CZK to his sister in Polička. BM spoke to Alfred Schlee of Universal Edition, Vienna about JULIETTE. AS himself will write to him, then KS is to get back to him on what he thinks. BM has not yet decided whether he will extend his contract with Boosey & Hawkes. The package with the GAMES OF MARY has not arrived yet. BM will have to send it to New York anyway, it would be too heavy for the plane. He will answer questions later. He gives an address where he will be by Oct. 1. He regrets that KS can't come.
