ContentBM thanks J. Procházka [?] for the book, it made him very happy. He informs that all the materials for the Theatre Behind the Gate remained in Brno. Remembers [at Procházka's suggestion] Joe Jenčík and their collaboration on the production of the ballet Spalicek. Jenčík always respected Martinů's demands, only on the lighting of the stage they could not agree - BM preferred a fully lit stage, Jenčík a coloured and therefore darker one. He also remembers the "ideal" decorations in Brno when working with Muzika. He probably cannot purchase an edition of Chopin's correspondence to Procházka - it is expensive and he is not sure whether it would pass the censorship.
