Content and physical description
ContentShe responds to his letter: 1) She was astonished by the information about Miss Pézier's cheque, she doesn't understand it very well. 2) The settlement with ASCAP for 1958 is agreed. 3) For the settlement with the Sarasin bank - she presents him with an inventory (which she received from Sacher) of publishing houses and certain sums of money. He also reports that in November L. Barzin gave Incantations with Firkusny. Incantations to be published by Bärenreiter: reminds her to be paid for the rights and also to make certain revisions with BIEM. Notes that Radio Francaise is already playing less of BM's work, so twice a week. She has received a letter from Dilia, she doesn't know much about it, so she describes their letter in points: 1) On the opera Theater beyond the Gate, she doesn't know what she would say to him. 2) On the opera Mirandolina, he knows much more. 3) The question of the English translation of Juliette has been discussed between her and Boosey & Hawkes (Mr. Roth), as they don't think Mr. Schmolka's translation is very good and the Opera in the Boathouse refused to perform it because of the bad translation. Otherwise she is glad that Strnad will be replaced by J. Kalash. In conclusion, she wishes you a Merry Christmas.
