ContentBohuslav Martinů sends a selection of minor compositions, which he discussed with Willi Strecker: they are the “Kleine Serenaden” [SERENADE NO. 1, 2, 3, 4], quite easy and also not complicated to perform. Furthermore, he sends the RHYTHMIC ETUDES for Violin and Piano. He was really pleased by the score of the PARTITA. BM asks the addressee to send the scores to some famous people and friends. BM sends the photograph that he forgot to enclose previously.
