ContentBohuslav Martinů writes to Charlotte Martinů that he has received her last letter from Prague. He asks if she has received his letters addressed to Vieux-Moulin. He wonders whether ChM has met [Alain] Divis. Frank [Rybka] sometimes visits him, they go to the park together and go to Jamaica. Yesterday he saw [Antonín] Svoboda, he is still the same, chatty as before. He also received a letter from ChM about [Karel Boleslav] Jirák and from [Karel] Šebánek, who wrote about the success of DVOJKONCERT.
BM is working on the Quartet [SMITH QUARTET No. 6 (CONCERTO DA CAMERA)]and mentions that Rudolf [Firkušný] is already in South America. Jana stayed in the apartment of [Mark] Bichurin, who left with RF. He received a call from [Gerald] Davis asking about ChM.
