ContentBohuslav Martinů apologizes for the late reply and thanks for the photos. He writes that he has not yet finished his contract with Boosey & Hawkes, so he is not completely free. He is currently working on an opera [THE MARRIAGE] which will be televised in February. He reports that he has news from Prague regarding his operas and believes that Alfred Schlee has not received news from Karel Šebánek. BM feels that due to changes happening in Prague, KS is no longer at Orbis. If AS is interested in his operas, he should write to the Czechoslovak Theatrical Executive [gives address] where they can also ask for a piano extract of JULIETTA. In the meantime, perhaps he will end his association with Boosey & Hawkes and contact them.
