Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů reports on the success of the premiere of THE PLAYS OF MARY. The score is still in Brno so they can look at it there. The opera should be staged in Prague in the autumn. He also writes that the concert at which his INVENTIONS should be performed has been postponed due to Václav Talich´s illness. Bernardino Molinari was not able, after only three rehearsals, to perform the piece, but was intrigued by it. Artur Rodzinski from the Cleveland Orchestra requests the score. Bohuslav Martinů hopes to be able to send the score to the addressee.
