Content of particular pagesPart contains considerable inscriptions, slips, corrections, alterations to violin rate (simplification), pp. 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, 16 scratched out places. Pg. 14 is rewritten on laid paper, corrected passages pasted on pp. 8, 11, 14. Inscribed in pencil on inside back cover: UE 12273.

This copy was apparently used by Louis Kaufman for the performance of the work. Pencil notation crossed out in blue pencil [BM] on last page (17) (Boosey & Hawkes).
