Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů writes to Charlotte Martinů and asks her to contact Charles [Munch] about a plan for performing SYMPHONY No. 3, as the material for the orchestra is still in Boston and will not arrive in New York until November. Librarian [Leslie] Rogers would take the material with him. BM would like it sent to ChMunch sooner. He needs to write to Boston to have it sent immediately. He is feeling better but still tired of being with too many people so he is glad to be able to stay quiet. He states that there would be no receptions in Prague or Polička, which would be exhausting for him. He plans to write to [Jan] Lövenbach to explain the situation. He compliments the weather and the food, which is better than at Tanglewood.
