The contract mentions the so-called 'kleine Aufführungsrechte' relating to the radio, television and film productions of this work, which are held by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers [ASCAP]. On the other side of the contract, the share of Martinů and other authors in the income from the use of the work is precisely defined.
