Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů sends a letter from Prague, expressing his strong longing and informing about his meeting with [Stanislav] Novák and [Jan] Zrzavý, with whom he discussed Paris and Charlotte Martinů. Because of the holiday on Saturday he cannot arrange everything in Prague, he will leave for Polička on Monday evening. The journey was difficult because of annoying passengers, he had to change trains. He expresses hope that next year the situation will improve and he and ChM will be able to settle in the apartment and ChM will leave the studio. They plan to visit [Jan] Zrzavy and see his paintings. BM intends to go to the Minister [Ivan Dérer?] with the score of the opera THREE WISHES. At the end of the letter, Stanislav Novák credits ChM with his greetings, regrets that he could not go to Paris, and expresses his hope for a meeting at Christmas.
