ContentUniversal Edition informs G.E. Lessing that their representative for West Germany is B. Schott's Söhne in Mainz. UE sends him, amongst other pieces, the score of Martinů's CONCERTO GROSSO for review and comments it, together with the other work sent: "These are two extremely successful works." The UE would be delighted if G.E.L. could perform the works mentioned in Lübeck. UE is preparing a new complete catalogue of orchestral works, which will be sent to G.E.L. in the spring.
