Content and physical description
ContentCharlotte Martinů probably did not receive the letter from Richard Klos of 30 May [1975], so RK would like to briefly recapitulate its contents. It is a pity that ChM could not come to Prague this time because of illness. RK had the opportunity to talk to Jürgen Sieber. He offered to take ChM by car to Prague sometime at the end of September. They also talked about the need to transport the remains of Bohuslav Martinů [from Switzerland] to Polička, with the need to proceed in such a way that [Paul] Sacher would not be offended in any way. The Bärenreiter publishing house will be useful as Panton's representative in Germany with regard to the SONATA FOR TWO PIANOES published by Panton. It is to be hoped that the Ministry of Culture will support the publication of My Life with Bohuslav Martinů in foreign languages as soon as possible. Although RK hopes that this will not be needed for a long time, he is willing to help with arranging a final resting place for ChM in Polička. He will check that the parcel for Mr Lippold is sent as soon as possible.
