ContentBohuslav [and Charlotta] Martinů thank Paul [and Maje] Sacher for the invitation. BM is looking forward to hearing the performance of the DOUBLE CONCERT. He has done what is necessary to get permission to go to Switzerland. It is difficult, especially with a Czech passport, but hopefully he will get it. It's taking a long time. BM has already applied to the prefecture and the Swiss embassy. He wrote the application there, it was sent to Bern right away. They asked BM to ask the PS to confirm the application in Basel (local foreign police) and in Bern (federal foreign police). BM sent a telegram to Sacher and now he has to wait for the result. Hopefully it will go well, BM had a recommendation from the embassy and the military. Alternatively, the Swiss Embassy in Paris would need to be telegraphed the results from the police in Bern to authorise a visa.
BM had also sent Sacher the photograph that BKO had asked for. He is looking forward to seeing Sacher.
