Dear Mr. Martinu:
I wish to acknowledge receipt of your letter of October the 10th stating that you have shipped us the orchestration and score of your Symphony.
I have discussed the matter of the broadcast with Mr. Leinsdorf and we are scheduling it for December 12th. Immediately following this broadcast, the material will be returned direct to you unless we receive instructions to the contrary.
