Content and physical description
ContentZdeněk Pechold is surprised by Charlotte Martinů's letter of 9.9.1971 concerning the rights to Bohuslav Martinů's compositions. Dilia of course complies with ChM's decision, but ZP reminds her that during her visit they had already discussed the whole matter together and reached a different decision than the one she is now writing. At that time, ChM offered to entrust Heugel with the rights to Bohuslav Martinů's compositions, including the opera JULIETTE. Dilia wants to conclude a new contract with Heugel as soon as possible. He therefore asks ChM to reconsider the situation (i.e. whether it really wants to leave only the rights to JULIETTE to Heugel) and to give Dilia a definitive answer on which to act. Dilia thinks it would be best to leave JULIETTE for Boosey & Hawkes, Paris and all other BM songs to Heugel.
