ContentAMU wants to perform the KUCHYŇSKÁ REVUE. They will use the autograph score that Bohuslav Martinů gave to Jarmila Kröschlová on the occasion of the first performance of the work in 1927, the score is stored at the [Prague] Conservatory. In the period 1 September 1964 - 31 May 1965, eight performances are planned, and Charlotte Martinů is entitled to a fee of approximately CZK 200 for each performance. Whether and which agency has the rights to this composition? Whether BM decided on the rights in case of a performance of the work in Czechoslovakia?
