ContentPaul Sacher has heard that the score of Martinů's SINFONIA CONCERTANTE FOR TWO ORCHESTRAS has already been printed. He would like to buy it. So they have two works with the same title? Another SINFONIA CONCERTANTE for oboe, bassoon, violin and cello with a small orchestra? There is no news with [Victor] Bator, he will let you know as soon as there is.

Lieber Herr Doktor Roth,



                Wie ich höre, haben Sie die Partitur zu Martinus “Symphonie Concertante für 2 Orchester” gedruckt. Ich möchte sie gerne kaufen, darf ich Sie bitten, die Zusendung zu veranlassen?



                Nun haben Sie zwei Stücke  mit demselben Titel: es gibt ja auch noch die Sinfonia Concertante für Oboe, Fagott, Violine und Violoncello soli mit kleinem Orchester!



                Mit Bator ist klein Fortschritt zu verzeichnen. Herzlichen Dank für Ihren letzten Brief. Ich werde Sie verständigen, sobald es Neuigkeiten gibt.
