ContentIn Krompholz & Co. they encountered a critical error in the contract concluded with SRG during the broadcast of Martinů's SYMPHONY No. 3 by Radio Geneva. It refers to the ban on SRG sending tapes to non-UER members. This paragraph should be reformulated more explicitly. In this case, Radio Warsaw delivered the tape of Martinů SYMPHONY No. 3 to Studio Geneva, and it is not entirely clear what the consequences should be.
