ContentHe received a letter from Bohuslav Martinů before he left for his tour, which starts in Olomouc. It is a pity that it was not possible for them to rehearse the QUARTET [perhaps the SMYČC Quartet No. 2?]. BM didn't send it in time, the quartet is busy enough with the regular repertoire. Of the Czech composers they will play Hába. He apologizes for not getting it right this time, but asks to send sheet music for next time anyway.
