Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů composed his first SONATA FOR PIANO. He heard the Nonet and Sonata for Cello by Marcel Mihalovici. He remembers Tibor [Harsányi]. He heard the "masterpiece" by Varèse and hopes MM could hear it too, even though he was busy working on his operas. In honour of BM they named not a street in Prague but a square in Polička. While he is happy that MM's operas are successful, he warns that too much workload is a threat to his marriage. BM's negotiations with NBC Radio have so far failed.
