ContentShe received a letter, and a signed certificate of radio processing of JULIETTA. After examining the matter, she discovered that this work was not declared by the Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques. Boosey & Hawkes advised them that the division of rights should be: the Martins: 5%, G[eorges] Neveux: 1.5%. She has contacted GN, who is of the opinion that it would be fair for the rights to be split - Martins: 2/3, Neveux: 1/3. He asks for approval of this, whereupon he will immediately send a statement for signature.
