Content and physical description
ContentThe Czech Philharmonic wrote for Bohuslav Martinů's address in Nice and so they sent it to them. Jindřiška Martinů and František Martinů don't know what they need it for, they ask Karel Šebánek if he knows. Jan Novák wrote that London had asked the Brno theatre for a SPALICE. The theatre did not provide it, but was willing to have it copied. Someone at the celebration of Mirko Očadlík's 70th birthday told Mrs. [Maria?] Pražanová that MO had mentioned neglected artists during his speech, citing BM as an example. And that he is said to have evidence that he is very much played and published in Russia. Just overheard, KS would probably know better what the truth is. "The financial matter in the US is already settled. Mr. Kas. Kas [?] took charge of it and settled it very quickly. BM is said to have 11,000 in his account but they have received 10,000 which the State Bank has allowed as support of 5,000 each for Maria Martinů and František Martinů, who will receive 1,000 per month.
