ContentThe curatorium of the "Jubilee Foundation of Bedřich Smetana" sends Karel Šebánek, as the intermediary of Bohuslav Martinů, a copy of the letter they sent to the composer in Paris, in which they announce that they cannot change their position on the exclusion of JULIETTA from the competition for the Smetana Grand Prix due to a substantial violation of the competition conditions. At the same time they return the piano extract of the work which KS sent with his letter of 27.V.1939.
