Content and physical description
ContentVítězslava Kapralová is concerned that one of her letters sent to her parents has been lost. In addition, her letters are being opened by the exchange control. She is doing well. She is friends with [Ludvík] Kundera, [Jiří] Mucha and [Edgar] Hauner. Only [Rudolf] Firkušný does not subscribe to her or to Bohuslav Martinů, who is angry with him for this reason. He wanted to get valuable information from him about the situation at the Prague Conservatoire. What do the Kapráls think, would it be good for BM to return to the Czechoslovakia? VK supports him in this. Václav Kaprál is to get [Osvald] Chlubna's address [?]. She has already taken the sketch [of the Military Symphony] to Radio [Paris] and is now waiting for a reply and a date for performance. There are hardly any concerts in Paris this year. Even BM cannot apply with his DOUBLE-CONCERT. BM sends his regards.
