Vítězslava Kapralová is still waiting for the required notes. She is applying for the Havelka sisters' prize with the Partita, as the score needs to be submitted by the end of August. She is still not completely healthy, so Bohuslav Martinů does not want to let her go to the École Normale yet because it is very cold outside. Even [Viktor] Kripner pleads with her to wait. The partita has already finished the first two movements, but BM does not know what to do with the third. Jiřina Černušáková wrote to her about the personnel changes at the Brno Conservatory. VK will write to [Karel] Šebánek.
