ContentJakob Jenisch addresses Bohuslav Martinů on the initiative of the intendant Friedrich Schramm. The German premiere of his opera JULIETTE is being prepared for the end of January. JJ asks BM if he would be willing to write 3-4 pages in the program booklet about his work and the reasons for choosing this subject. He asks him to let him know if he would like to work with them as soon as possible. The Intendant asks JJ to tell BM that he is very pleased to be able to perform his opera after 6 years of effort. He hopes to be able to welcome him to the premiere on 26 January in Wiesbaden.
