Content	Richard French apologizes for the misunderstanding caused by sending letters to Bohuslav Martinů in New York. He will wait for the arrangements of the CONCERT FOR VIOLONCELLO AND ORCHESTRA No. 2 that BM has requested. The piano parts of the piece have already been printed and RF has information on several performances in the USA and Europe. However, he does not want to publish a second version of the same piece - he would much prefer an edition of the new work.
