ContentStatement by Charlotte Martinů on the cancellation of the contract she concluded with Hans Moldenhauer on 15 November 1969. The contract entitled him to publish the Concerto for Violin and Orchestra No. 1 in the USA. However, HM did not send the one-time fee of $300.
The rights to the work are therefore freely disposed of. ChM therefore entered into a contract for the publication of the work with Supraphon in Prague.
