Content[The letter was sent by Charlotte Martinů to Karel Šebánek in a letter to Šeb 1972-08-31] SUISA writes to Hans Moldenhauer about a meeting with ChM, complaining about the failure to fulfill a verbal agreement with HM that was agreed upon during his visit to Vieux-Moulin in the summer of 1970. The agreement was apparently amended in such a way that ChM has all rights, except those of HM, to perform the composition [CONCERT FOR HOUSEL AND ORCHESTRA No. 1] in the USA. SUISA Publishing therefore asks whether HM agrees with this position.
