Content and physical description
ContentRudolf Firkušný angrily marvels at the many errors in the release of the 2nd PIANO CONCERT, which he discovered while studying for the New York concert in the piano lift [from the Czech Music Fund production]. The score is better, but also not without errors. He cannot explain how this could have happened, knowing how reliable [Karel] Šolc is. RF thoroughly discussed a number of points of contention, also caused by the composer's handwriting, with Bohuslav Martinů and [corrected?] them in the final version. RF hopes that the 3rd CONCERT will be better; he has not yet reviewed it. They should consult him on the disputed parts of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th CONCERT.
