Content and physical description

Content	Richard Klos confirms that on 22 August 1974 he took over the manuscript of Bohuslav Martinů's SCHERZ H 138bis from Vlasta Kubesova for the purpose of obtaining an expert opinion necessary for the conclusion of the purchase by the Czech Music Fund. There is also a certificate from Jaromír Kubes dated 22 August 1975, who, on behalf of his wife VK, took over the manuscript of SCHERZ H 138bis from the Czech Music Fund, complete and undamaged, as no purchase had been made. JK was advised that the ownership did not give rise to any copyright, which was held by Charlotte Martinů, who had entered into a publishing contract with Panton for this work.
