Content and physical description
ContentRichard Klos writes on behalf of the Czech Music Fund to Josef Páleníček regarding the disposition of the rights to Bohuslav Martinů's works held by Charlotte Martinů. RK encloses a copy of a letter to ChM dated 27 March 1974, in which they announce the acquisition of three BM songs [THREE SONGS FOR CHRISTMAS?] which they would like to apply to Pantone. Panton has drawn up a publishing contract for ChM, which it is sending to her. It may be possible to come up with another incentive in favour of BM's work. A proposal has been made to the Ministry of Culture to send RK to France to accompany JP in negotiations with ChM. He concluded by thanking them for their co-operation and will report back on further progress.
